Up to 300 guests maximum
12 hr use
Access to the entire property for stunning photos

1 hour ceremony (within your 12 hours not additional to)

State of the art sound system in the reception hall and chapel

Elegant chiavari chairs in white
Fresh pressed table linens (white, ivory, black and navy)
Upscaled plastic china (round or square) OR real china (use of real china requires servers and a dishwasher)
Flatware, cups and napkins included

Video wall and two TV’s in the reception hall for slide shows and videos

The Grand Package allows a 12 HR time frame of your choice, but all decor and people must be out of the building by midnight.
There is a 3% charge on any credit card payments.
Event insurance must be purchased for the day of the event.
To save your date we require a $1,000 deposit ($500 security/damage deposit + $500 towards your package) and a signed contract. Your date is not reserved until the deposit and signed contract have been recieved. You will receive your $500 security/damage deposit back after your event if there are no damages.
If alcohol is present at your event, security guards are MANDATORY. See the FAQ page for more info on security guards.

5 hour use (4 hour reception + 1 hour clean up)
All decor and guests must be out of the building by midnight.

Comes with: sound system, tables, linens, white chiavari chairs, use of grounds for photos, and commercial kitchen access
Guests are responsible for the clean up of decor and personal items, 81 Ranch staff takes care of the cleaning and reset.

Opportunity to add on a 2 hour cake and punch reception
Please note: The cake and punch reception is strictly a cake and punch reception. You are allotted two hours to cut cake, take photos, and mingle with your guests. Rehearsal dinner in the Heartland Room - $500 for 3 hours (See Events page)

Bridal and groom’s suites - $500 for two hours (if not included in your package)
Security (required with bar packages) - $45 per guard, per hour (PLEASE SEE FAQ PAGE)
