What’s Included?

  • Guest Capacity: Up to 300 guests maximum

  • Time Allotment: 12-hour use, including:

    • 1-hour ceremony

    • 4-hour reception
      (Both within your 12-hour timeframe, not additional)

  • Exclusive Access:

    • Entire property for stunning photos

    • Bridal and groom suites

    • Full commercial kitchen for caterer access

  • Setup and Décor:

    • 81 Ranch takes care of setup and tear down of tables, chairs, and linens

    • Custom-made table layout tailored to your event

    • Sturdy tables with elegant white Chiavari chairs

    • Fresh-pressed table linens available in white, ivory, black, or navy

  • Tableware Options:

    • Upscaled plastic china (round or square)

    • OR real china (requires servers and a dishwasher)

    • Flatware, cups, and napkins included

  • State-of-the-Art Amenities:

    • Sound system in the reception hall and chapel

    • Video wall and two TVs in the reception hall for slideshows or videos

    • Well-lit professional parking lot

  • Added Benefits:

    • Complimentary access to the entire property for engagement photos (by appointment)

    • On-site 81 Ranch team member to assist throughout your event

Important Details:

  • Prime Months: (May, June, September, October)

  • For weekday wedding availability, please contact us.

  • The Grand Package provides a 12-hour time frame of your choice. Please note that all décor and guests must be out of the building by the end of your 12-hour window, which cannot extend past midnight.

  • There is a 3% charge on any credit card payments.

  • Event insurance must be purchased for the day of the event.

  • To secure your date, we require a $1,000 deposit, which includes a $500 security/damage deposit and $500 applied towards your package. Please note that your date is not reserved until both the deposit and a signed contract have been received. The $500 security/damage deposit will be refunded after your event, provided there are no damages.

  • If alcohol is present at your event, security guards are MANDATORY. See the FAQ page for more info on security guards.

  • ALL alcohol must be purchased and served by 81 Ranch. See Bar Pricing Page.

Other Packages + Add On’s

    • 5 hour use (4 hour reception + 1 hour clean up)

    • All decor and guests must be out of the building by midnight.

    • 300 guests maximum

    • Comes with: sound system, tables, linens, white chiavari chairs, use of grounds for photos, and commercial kitchen access

    • Guests are responsible for the clean up of decor and personal items, 81 Ranch staff takes care of the cleaning and reset.

    • Ceremony only

    • 2 hour use

    • 10-25 guests maximum

    • Use of grounds for photos

    • Use of chapel or outdoor ceremony area

    • Opportunity to add on a 2 hour cake and punch reception

    • Please note: The cake and punch reception is strictly a cake and punch reception. You are allotted two hours to cut cake, take photos, and mingle with your guests. Serving alcohol, hiring a DJ or adding extra hours to your package is not permitted. If you are wanting a more traditional reception please see our grand package or reception only package.     • Use of grounds for photos

    • Use of chapel or outdoor ceremony area

    • Access to bridal and groom’s suites

    • Tablecloths (if not included in your package) (white, ivory, black, navy) - $12 each

    • Extra hours - $300 per hour

    • 2 hour cake and punch reception - $700 (PLEASE REFER TO OUR FAQ PAGE FOR MORE DETAIL ON THIS)

    • Rehearsal dinner in the Heartland Room - $500 for 3 hours (See Events page)

    • Plastic china (if not included in your package) (round or square) - $3.50 per person

    • China (if not included in your package) (requires servers and a dishwasher) - $7.50 per person

    • Bridal and groom’s suites - $500 for two hours (if not included in your package)

    • Security (required with bar packages) - $45 per guard, per hour (PLEASE SEE FAQ PAGE)
