Rate: $750 per hour (3-hour minimum required)
Capacity: Maximum of 300 guests

Video wall, two TV monitors, and sound system
Water, tea, or coffee provided

Setup and Cleanup: Handled entirely by 81 Ranch staff
Decorating Time: Includes 1 free hour for decorating before the event start time
Event Wrap-Up: All décor, personal items, and guests must vacate the building by the end of your allotted time frame
Banquet Hall
Rate: $150 per hour (3-hour minimum required)
Capacity: Maximum of 100 guests
Amenities Included:
Tables and chairs
TV with HDMI capability, sound system, and podium
Water, tea, or coffee provided
Bar available upon request (refer to Bar Pricing page)
Setup and Cleanup: Managed entirely by 81 Ranch staff
Decorating Time: Includes 1 free hour for decorating before the event start time

Add On’s:
Tablecloths - $12 each
Plastic china, silverware, and napkins - $3.50 per person
Rehearsal Dinner:
$500 for a 3 hour time allotment
